
Scotia Place is now under construction! As the New Heart of Entertainment for the City of Calgary, Scotia Place will be the new home for your Calgary Flames and your Season Ticket Membership when doors open in September 2027 for the 2027-28 NHL Regular Season.
Priority placement to purchase seats in Scotia Place has already been established for all Calgary Flames Season Ticket Members. The seat selection process will begin for all Season Ticket Members in the Spring/Summer of 2026.
By continuing your Season Ticket Membership for the 2025-26 season, you will also continue your Journey to Scotia Place.

Season Ticket Members keep the same seat location for every game in their plan
Flames Easy Pay is the convenient renewal process that allow season ticket members to automatically renew for the following season without having to do a thing. You will be signed up on the same method of payment and payment plan as the previous season. It’s that easy.
Similar to many other monthly and annual commitments we all make, Flames Easy Pay will allow you to renew your tickets year after year without having to worry about deadlines. You can also take advantage of our monthly payment option spreading the cost of your tickets over the entire year without any payment plan fees or interest.
Each season we send you a notification that your Membership is set to be renewed and you can sign in to your myFlamesAccount to view your Flames Easy Pay Statement. This statement outlines your contact information, seat location, price, and payment schedule for the following season. You will have the opportunity to review it, verify that your billing information is up to date, and if no changes are required you don’t have to do a thing – you are renewed for next season! We will process your method of payment on file. If you want to make changes to your payment method or payment plan just contact your Account Manager by March 19, 2025.
Should you make the decision to not renew your tickets for the following season please complete our Membership Opt-Out form prior to our opt-out deadline of March 19, 2025.

Our annual Seat Relocation Event will continue to be held in the early Summer. Renewed accounts have the opportunity to see available seats and relocate if they wish.
As part of Flames Easy Pay you are already signed up on the same payment plan and method of payment based on how you paid for your season ticket membership the previous season. There are four payment options to choose from below. If you would like to change from the current plan you are on, please contact the Customer Service Team.
Pay for your 2025-26 Membership over 12 monthly installments beginning March 21, 2025 and continuing on the 15th of each month until February 15, 2026.
Pay a 10% deposit on March 21, 2025 and the balance in full on July 15, 2025.
Pay for your 2025-26 Membership in 4 equal payments on March 21, June 15, September 15, and December 15, 2025.
Pay for your 2025-26 Membership in full on March 21, 2025.
The main ticket office is open 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday – Friday and from 9:00am to 4:00pm on Saturday. The office is located in the NE corner of the Scotiabank Saddledome (access via 5th St. SE). Our friendly team would be happy to assist you with your renewal or any general inquiries.
